When my wife and daughter were injured in a vehicle accident a few years ago, my wife hired an attorney who did nothing for a year while sitting in his lofty office with his feet elevated on his desk. That’s when she engaged Austin Pieratt, and she received a partial recompense for her injuries within a few months while continuing to work. Austin was honest with the insurance companies and “Delivered” excellent results in a matter of months, alleviating our family of needless worry and anxiety as a result of the accident. Mr. Pieratt, thank you for such an ‘Exceptional Job Well Done,’ and you have our full support.

My mother discovered Austin’s details after I was involved in an accident. He put in long hours and was always accessible to speak with me about our situation. He did an excellent job. It relieved me of a great deal of tension. He did everything he could to ensure that we came out victorious, and the case is now closed. I was able to regain my license after being relieved of a significant financial load. I would strongly suggest him to everyone!

Kevin has been our family’s lawyer for a long time. He helped my parents prepare their wills, powers of attorney, and trusts. Kevin took care of all the details for my mother’s estate, including her oil and gas interests, when she died last spring. Kevin is a fantastic lawyer. He is clever, punctual, dependable, and kind. Kevin has been always a great legal representation for my parents. We were appreciative of his guidance and experience while we finalized my parents’ estate. We will be eternally grateful to him.

Kevin was found on the internet. When we moved from Washington, we needed an elder law attorney to help us with our wills. My wife’s sister was transferred from a nursing home in Washington to Oklahoma. Kevin assisted us in obtaining Medicaid and setting up her account. We were grateful for his knowledge and assistance in completing this task. It would have been impossible for us to complete on our own. It went off without a hitch. For us, he is continuing his work with trusts. We are looking forward to working with Kevin on future legal matters. Ron and Marilee Tate, thank you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Hayley Potts was born in the little town of Yeovil in the southwest of England. Hayley graduated with honors from Manchester Metropolitan University Law School in 2010 before going to the United States. While in England, Hayley assisted barristers in the criminal justice system as well as solicitors in the drafting of business contracts, wills, and land registration documents. Hayley arrived in Oklahoma City in September 2010 as part of the Amicus pro bono exchange program, which pairs English law graduates with American capital defense teams. Hayley was assigned to the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office as an investigator, where she assisted counsel in a number of death penalty cases.
Hayley started studying at Oklahoma City University School of Law in August 2011 to cross-qualify as an attorney in Oklahoma, and she was awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Profession. She completed an accelerated course schedule that effectively transformed her United Kingdom legal license into an American bar license, allowing her to practice in both nations. Her fast-track legal education allowed her to complete all of the requisite courses for her Juris Doctorate in under two years, rather than the required three. She graduated in May 2013. Hayley has worked as an attorney in both criminal and civil cases, including high-profile criminal trials.
Hayley established The Potts Law Office, PLLC to continue practicing American law, which is a broad law firm with a focus on criminal defense and family law.
Hayley is also a talented Netball player, and she enjoys spending her free time working out, playing sports, and staying active. She travels to England as often as she can to see her mother, father, and brother.

I couldn’t contact her because of her bad attitude. Her helper was the most obnoxious. They treated me as if I was a volunteer.
